Excellent workmanship performed by Ville 2000
Just a note concerning the excellent workmanship performed by (Ville 2000 ), Wayne and his assistant Brent. We had three bathrooms done in three and a half weeks. The main bathroom completely gutted and eloquently remodeled, the powder room gutted and beautifully redone, plus the installation of a complete bathroom in our basement. The workmanship and care taken by Wayne and Brent was exceptional. Day end clean-ups, attention to detail, we could not have been happier with the effort, and results of Wayne and Brent's creations, and do not hesitate to recommend Ville 2000 to anyone interested in having exceptional professional work done on their homes. Once again thank you both.

Great Job!!
My wife and I hired Ville 2000 Renovations last year to renovate both of our bathrooms and they did an amazing job. Wayne and his staff went above and beyond not only in the work that they did but even the time he put in helping us design our new look bathrooms. The job was completed on time and right on the estimated cost, which as we all know is not always the case with contractors. Excellent Job
We hired Wayne Markell for the renovation of a bathroom/laundry room. We were extremely satisfied with the outcome of the job. Wayne and Brent overcame an unexpected obstacle without a hitch. The estimated time for the completion of the job was accurate, workers were extremely professional, and the area was left clean at the end of each day. We highly recommend Wayne Markell for your renovation project. The only disappointment is that Brent is a Hobs fan!!

Beyond my expectations!
Wayne went out of his way to create the perfect bathroom. I know it was a huge challenge but he is a pro, so is his partner Brent! If you need your bathroom remodeled, don't hesitate, Wayne is creative, fun and never discouraged...and believe me my bathroom was a bit of a puzzle.

I found Ville2000 through my neighbour who used Wayne about 6 years ago. He was still satisfied, and his bathroom still looked great.
From the initial design where Wayne comes over and spends time understanding what you want, and making a design. To the price which is very competitive - I got 4 other quotes and Wayne was right in the middle.
For my bathroom I was in the house every day while Wayne was working - so I saw that everything was done properly. We even made changes to the design during the project. The end result is a great water-tight, modern and good looking bathroom.
A few months after the renovation - when we turned the heating on - there was a little leak. One call to Wayne and the next day he was over and fixed it. No quibble, no hassle, no questions - just an apology for the invonvenience. It was a faulty fitting that didn't seal right with the solder.
I would have no problems recommending Ville2000 to anyone.

As a professional painting contractor operating in the West-Island for the past 23 years I have had many opportunities to see Wayne Markell's renovated bathrooms and I am impressed with his quality workmanship coupled with his knowledge, professionalism and his strong desire to please his customers. Wayne is a pro and specializes in bathrooms and because of his experience and knowhow can complete a small bathroom in less than 5 days. This is important when many homes only have 1 bathroom.

Had two bathrooms completely redone, a new laundry room built, and complete rearrangement of basement plumbing to our complete satisfaction. They were done very professionally, on time and as planned. Assisted greatly in offeriing his advice on materials most reliable and suitable. Could not ask for better service. 4 Bathrooms done by Ville 2000. Great job!
We had no previous information with regards to ville 2000 bathroom remodeling. We had an interior decorator that we had contracted to re-do the bedrooms and washrooms in the house but we were required to find a contractor for the bathroom projects.
Following an interview with the contractor we decided to hire the company for our projects. It turned out to be the right decision.
As we had purchased all the bathroom fixtures and porcelain tiles previously, the work would include the remodeling and installation requirements. The contractor provided us with a time frame in which the job would be completed.
The following are the positive points of the company's workmanship: -
- having an open concept house we were concerned with dust. The company laid drop sheets from the entrance of the house to the project area, sealed off the work area as best as possible. Every evening the drop sheets were carefully removed and cleaned for the next morning.
- a fixed price for the original work and a number of material extras that we later added did not affect the fixed price.
- some of our material items needed to be returned, however, the contractor traded the required material for the purchased material.
- There was some work that required unforeseen additional work. In order to maintain the schedule additional evening hours were included but not charged.
- They were polite, made on-going suggestions on the project, and helped the interior decorator with a number of decisions requirements.
At the end of the project we were asked if we would allow them to take pictures of the completed projects. We were more than pleased with the request and we believe that his picture file on his completed projects speaks for itself.

IN AND OUT IN ONE WEEK
Wayne Markell renovated our bathroom at 9 Bretonwoods Beaconsfield about 5 years ago. I was first attracted to his feature---" in and out in one week" Indeed he started the project on Monday morning and was finished by Friday at 5 PM.This included complete removal and disposal of all fixtures--toilet, vanity sink tub and shower plus existing walls. The new fixtures, new walls etc were all installed in 5 days. The workmanship was first class and I would not hesitate to recommend him to others.

Ma femme et moi cherchions à engager un contracteur consciencieux ayant vécu des délais et problèmes de qualités de travaux lors de la rénovation de notre cuisine. Nous avons choisi Wayne faisant suite à une référence et pour ses nombreuses rénovations effectués dans notre secteur. Ce fût une très bonne décision. Wayne et son équipe travail vite et bien. Comme promis en une semaine notre salle de bain était prête. Nous avons aussi très apprécié l’effort de Brent à s’assurer qu’il y est une continuité du design dans les tuiles de marbre, cela a vraiment fait la différence dans le look final. Très bon travail sans tracas, nous sommes entièrement satisfaits.

He looks kind of ruff
My first impression of Wayne was, “he looks kind of ruff”! The other 2 bathroom specialists looked far more professional. The first told us our 8’ x 8’ bathroom would take 3 weeks to complete, quite pricey (quote emailed 3 days later) and didn’t include the plumbers share! Number two said 2 weeks, but took a week to give me his quote!
Wayne looks ruff, but then he starts… he shows you his RBQ license, his permit, insurance coverage, photo album of completed jobs, and a list of customers you can call.
He then shows you his agreement; it lists what his team will be doing for the 4 days it will take him to complete your bathroom. A fair price for the job was set then and there.

I just read a poor review of Ville 2000 and can't believe a word of it. I've had two bathrooms done in my previous house both of which have had no issues after 5 years. I just had two more bathrooms done in my new house and they are exactly what I asked for and are beautiful. I've recommended Ville 2000 to my friends and family all of whom have been more than happy with the job done. Yes, they are quick, but it's because they are organized not because they do shoddy work. These are pros that have done hundreds, if not thousands of bathrooms. I highly recommend them.
